Return Policy

Online orders can be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of customer receipt of the order. We will issue a full refund or exchange for unworn, unwashed, unaltered, non-sale merchandise. Refunded items must include all original tags. Shoes and boots must be returned in their original box. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days from the time you receive your order. Unfortunately at this time, The Gypsy Wagon cannot pay for return shipping charges (one day we hope to offer this!).

UPS or FedEx are the best way to ship. If using USPS, all returns must be sent with Delivery Confirmation. We need proof it was mailed, and you need proof it arrived!

All returns must include: customer name, phone number, original receipt, and all merchandise must include original tags. It is at the discretion of The Gypsy Wagon to deny a return if the merchandise is in a condition showing damage or use.

Please Note: Any item on sale greater than 30% off is considered Final Sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

Shipping Policy

The Wagoneers take great pride in sending out your sussies as quickly as possible. We reuse the packing materials and boxes we receive from our vendors (just trying to add a little 'green' to our big world!). Your goodies will arrive via UPS Ground, so please have a physical address for us to deliver to. On occasion, an item or style might be on back-order; if your purchase is not available to ship within 7 days of your order, we will notify you immediately.

If you need your sussies extra-fast, we can do that for sure. We'll have UPS deliver it for you next-day for an additional $35, if you can have your order placed before 10 a.m. CST, Monday-Thursday.

For furniture, lamps or bulky/heavy items, we'll need to propose some delivery options and shipping rates to ensure a safe and happy delivery. Please call us at 214-370-8011 and we'll make special arrangements for you.
